Rahasan Manufacturing Company has been producing HDF and MDF sheets since 2016 with a product development approach.
HDF and MDF thin sheets are widely used in the furniture industry such as flat door veneers, deep embossed boards, UV boards, laminated boards, CNC engraved boards, etc.
Thanks to German technology in the HDF and MDF thin sheet production line, we are able to produce a wide range of boards with sizes from 2.5 to 8 mm thick and 1830 to 2440 mm wide and 2200 to 4200 mm long.
We can also produce boards with a weight of 720 kg/m3 to 900 kg/m3, which meet many of the above technical specifications for use in the furniture and door industries.The usual dimensions of Rahasan products are listed in the table below. If the customer orders specific dimensions, it is possible to produce other dimensions.

The production line of 22 Bahman Company is capable of producing sheets with a thickness of 5 to 38 mm, a width of 1830 mm and a length of 2440 to 4100 mm (2440, 3070, 3660 and 4100 mm).
Since the beginning of the production of raw chipboard sheets, 22 Bahman Company has experience in impregnating decorative papers and by pressing impregnated decorative papers into raw board products, it has enabled us to complete the production cycle of chipboard sheets.
We are also producing melamine formaldehyde resin to ensure a good quality product.
The production of melamine sheets with a length of 2440, 3070 and 3660 mm is another facility of 22 Bahman Companies.Our company has a limited print design that can meet customer expectations and market tastes to some extent.Although we have more than 25 different wood designs and colors as our current production, if the customer places a bulk order to produce a specific color and design, these orders are accepted.22 Bahman Company's products have unique packaging using PP multilayer sheets and high-strength PP tapes to ensure the packaging's water resistance, with a proprietary brand.We are also capable of special packaging according to our customer's needs.
